Privacy Policy
Effective July 28, 2026
Draft pending legal review. This document was drafted to establish the site's structure and content and has not yet been reviewed by qualified legal counsel. Do not treat it as final or binding until it has been reviewed, particularly for compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and any other applicable law.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy explains how ucanthink (“we,” “us”) handles information in connection with this website, ucanthink.com. It does not cover data handled as part of a client engagement, which is governed separately by the terms agreed with that client.
2. Information we collect
This site does not currently operate any sign-up forms, user accounts, or newsletter subscriptions. Every “Book a call” link on this site opens your own email client addressed to us; we do not capture what you enter there through the website itself. Anything you choose to send us by email is handled as a normal business email and is not stored in any database connected to this site.
Like any website, this site's hosting infrastructure automatically logs standard technical data for every visit: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is collected by our hosting provider for security, abuse prevention, and performance monitoring, not for building a profile of individual visitors.
3. Cookies
This site does not currently use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. See our Cookie Policy for full detail and for what would change if that changes in the future.
4. Third-party services
Photography on some pages is served from Unsplash's image hosting (images.unsplash.com). Loading those images causes your browser to make a direct request to Unsplash's servers, governed by Unsplash's own privacy policy.
This site is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure, which processes the technical log data described in Section 2 on our behalf.
5. How we use information
The limited technical data described above is used only to keep the site secure, diagnose issues, and understand basic traffic patterns. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Data retention
Hosting and server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention period. Emails you send us are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and document the conversation.
7. Your rights
If you are located in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you rights as a data principal, including the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and the right to file a grievance. Because this site collects so little personal data directly, most requests will relate to correspondence you've sent us by email. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 9.
8. Children's privacy
This site is directed at businesses and business decision-makers. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children.
9. Contact us
Questions about this policy, or requests relating to your personal data, can be sent to sidhanta@ucanthink.com.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The effective date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
